Well-known for her seemingly supernatural ability to sneak through the shadows, Victoria is often accused of theft and petty burglary, which, to be honest, is most of the time completely true. She has a habit of swiping anything that she might find interesting, pretty, or of worth, or even if it just seems like easy pickings. On top of that, she's also quite the charismatic conniver and has a knack for getting what she wants, when she wants it, and how she wants it. No one really knows what district she's from because she travels between the four rings of Riverhead so often and so freely. She is a master of evading capture, security, and law enforcement of any kind, and if something is needed to be transported across the ring borders, she's definitely the one to go to. She also is a sort of a vigilante, a strange cross between that and a bounty hunter. Her set of morals is very questionable, which makes her hard to trust or to put faith in unless you have the means to bribe her. People of all caste levels and social hierarchies enlist her services, and she's managed to get herself into some good deals and earn the favor of important officials of the city's government along the way.
