A particularly miserable person, doesn't have the best thoughts about himself or the world. Lives in a little house all alone and full of scorn. Sometimes he asks himself how did it get this way but it becomes harder to pin point day by day. Discopa wears a eyepatch with a peculiar design he made himself, he doesn't seem too keen on showing the world what hides within. His right ear is torn & tattered, how exactly? Well it's not worth remembering he'd say. Opposite to that he has one horn on his left side, It's short enough that he could wear hats with no hassle. He's rather quick and skinny, a trait he admittedly likes about himself.
Discopa does not see himself as the type of person to make friends, in his experience they always fade away and end up happier without him. So why bother trying when you know how it ends, besides he prefers being alone, nobody can judge him or bother him! But.... Deep within him he longs for companionship. He's rather snappy and easily annoyed, although he tries very hard not to be. He's not really into cheesy or power of friendship type storylines, he finds himself enjoying more cynical types of media and usually likes to root for the villains as he feels they're a little more relatable. Discopa likes to stay home for the most part, eating, gaming, browsing websites and sleeping. A normal schedule for him, that he wishes was more exciting.
One day he receives a free vacation to a place nicknamed "Extraordland" and against his better judgement he decides to go and try to find some meaning for himself. And what he doesn't know is that he's unintentionally involved himself with something.... Well Extraordinary! Perhaps he'll make some interesting friends or new regrets. Perhaps by the end he might come out of this a better person or a worse person just accepting of how he is. One thing is certain he'll learn new things about himself indeed.
Relationships -
Big Tommy - At first meeting, Discopa doesn't think too highly of Big Tommy, describing him as creepy and weird. He begrudgingly allows him to join him in his exploration of "Extraordland" after discovering it's been riddled with mysterious monsters and enemies. Slowly throughout their time together they begin to bond but Discopa tries his best to give him the cold shoulder. Should Discopa help out any travelers or villagers he meets, as adviced by Big Tommy, He wonders if maybe there's a chance of a good friendship here. The friendship that may be formed between them is an interesting one, with Big Tommy being the comedian to Discopa's straight man act. Often times they'll crack jokes about the things they encounter and help each other out during fights. '
Becomore - First impressions are everything and let's just say theirs didn't go as well. At least for Disco who found himself disliking the fancy birdsman, considering him weird and troublesome. Perhaps he'll be able to overcome his bad thoughts and befriend the bird or be justified in his thoughts.... Who knows?
Fun Facts -
- He does enjoy disco music, he's aware that it's quite silly.
- Discopa has an awful sleeping schedule, it changes so often and infuriates him endlessly. Mostly cause he misses his TV shows.
- Being pet would probably make him feel happy but at the same time that's weird and embarrassing so it balances out to "You can do it but why?"
Artist's notes:
- The shapes around his ears and chest fur aren't a super consistent trait, they can be drawn in any spot or just not at all.
- While not technically a cat, he possesses many cat-like traits and moves like one. His eyes dilate similarly to a cat as well.
