Dox the Wolf

Dox never found it easy making friends, she found it much easier to work, and people watch. Her dimension was simple, boring to put it lightly, nothing ever really happened. There was no Sonic, and there was no Eggman, everything was always peaceful. God she hated it. Dox wanted excitement and to explore, she wanted something new! She wanted a new life.

Things changed when Dox sat in on a lecture about the Multiverse Theory. Dox became obsessed, doing her own research and finding out all she could about the theory of parallel dimensions, the Multiverse became everything to her. Something that was there but just outta reach, she wanted to reach it, she had to grab it!

So Dox spent all her time and money working on a dimensional gate, a way for her to find a world that felt right to her. The first few attempts didn't end well, with one exploding and leaving her right ear beyond damage and partly deaf. After many more failed attempts she was finally able to get it stable. She worked on it for a couple more months, and was eventually able to shrink it down to fit onto her wrist.

After 3 years she had done it. Grabbing a backpack, she said her goodbyes to those she was acquainted with and started her journey. Each dimension was amazing, with people she had never met and places she had never been. She took notes on everything the different dimensions had to offer. Though oddly enough she still had yet to find another version of herself. Even if her other versions were also traveling the Multiverse, it was impossible for her to never run across herself once, right?

After a year of exploring, Dox found herself alone on a large open field. Sitting under a lone Weeping Willow tree, she watches the clear skies with cool wind blowing through her hair/fur. When a portal much like her own opened up in front of her. She was ecstatic to finally meet another version of herself, when a version of Sonic and someone she's never seen before stepped out and asked her to follow them. After a couple of hours of talking, Dox had learned a LOT about this Sonic. His name was Zonic and was one of the head officers at this interdimensional Police Station. Zonic offered her a job, stating she could continue to explore on her own. Though having to check in with either him or Zakiah every now and then, as well as sending them reports on worlds they ask for. Dox happily took the job and went on her merry way.

After many months, Dox came across a quite reasonably safe dimension that she now calls home, dimension RB-54. Dox now spends her days traveling through dimensions then returning home to RB-54, to relax and store her keepsakes in the small house she has there. She's made great friends, some with old faces and some she's never met before. Dox happily thinks of RB-54 as her one true dimension, everything she cares about there.

Though things have started to seem more strange than usual. Dox can't help but feel like she's being watched, and she swears she keeps seeing cracks in the universe from the corners of her eyes. When talking to the Zone Cops, they do confirm that there have been strange spikes in energy lately, though the source is unknown. As if that wasn't enough, familiar looking vines seem to be appearing here. Causing Dox's anxiety to spike, she fears her new home may be in danger.
