Ovy

The first Frag that Kolo ever Blessed, and the founder of Kolo's respective cult. Kolo is a massive recluse and no longer Blesses Frags - so not many people have heard of him or actively seek out his concepts. The Pavilion itself is generally unwelcoming except those who wish to become a member, so Ovy doesn't have a lot of work on his hands.

He spends most of his time meditating in the Pavilion's central room, on a small circular platform floating on a circular pool with symmetrical waterfalls lining the edges. He usually isn't disturbed unless there's visitors or someone is having spiritual troubles, which is uncommon.

Ovy greets most with a smile and a giggle, easily-flustered and a little dreamy. A bit flaky, but full of good, genuine info. He likes people, but keeps his distance, especially from strangers and passers-by. He has veto powers over the Pavilion's decisions and choices, but he rarely utilizes it.

When he's not doing things like advising his fellow cultists or giving rare visitors the tour, he spends his free time reading books. Kolo, after all, is deeply associated with stories and fiction, and the Pavilion's all about acting like Kolo and immersing oneself in his concepts. 

Founded the Pavilion with the intention of preserving information about Kolo and unifying the handful of Frags that he's Blessed. Preserving "his" peoples' culture is very important to Ovy, and he tries to stay in touch with the other Kolo-Blessed. You could say being of Kolo has eaten most of his identity, if you wanted to be insulting, but he'd respond that he didn't have much of an identity before.

Ovy's fairly tight-lipped about his past, how he was Blessed, and what happened between himself and Kolo. It doesn't take a genius to make some assumptions, though.
