Loire was born on a tropical island named Ischia in the land of Beqanna. At the time of her birth, her mother, Eva, was the Dame (leader) of the island. As a young filly, Loire was always considered a free-spirit and dreamer. However, due to a tragedy, she was nearly drowned by a kelpie she met in Ischia, who was going to teach her to swim. The kelpie made her forget much of the tragedy, but Loire suffers from PTSD and developed Aquaphobia. From that day forward, Loire isolated herself and became more withdrawn. She feared for her life and felt trapped while living on the island until one day she discovered she could flight without wings and escaped to live on the mainland of Beqanna.

Despite her tragedy, Loire is still a warm, good-natured person, and believes there is still good in the world. She is slow to warm up to strangers, but is fiercely loyal to those she calls family and friends. Loire is a universal helper and cares deeply for others. She can still be considered a free-spirit and dreamer a times.

Loire is a small (14.2hh), strong warmblood build, gold cream champagne dun mare with metallic soft gold points. Her gold cream champagne coloring is very light almost making her appear pristine white. The dun markings on her (dorsal stripe, legs stripes, face mask with some cobwebbing on forehead) appear more darker, almost a natural gold cream champagne color. Gold points make her dun markings on her legs appear more golden, but the leg stripes fade into a soft gold cream. Her mane and tail are the color of metallic soft gold with frosting at the beginning and fading into more gold. She has medium-grey hooves, gold eyes, and is softly glowing.

Sky Manipulation: Ability to create, shape and manipulate all elements of the sky. This includes the ability to manipulate flying animals, manipulate the weather, and to fly without wings. Powers are strongest during the day.
Singular Regeneration: After a critical wound, the body reforms into a healthy new one which may bear no resemblance to the old one. User can only regenerate once.
