Summary

PIAULFl.png

Much more serious and calm than his seasonal opposite, Auberon is the god of autumn, striding across the land opposite the wolf-goddess Hana, bringing the chill winds of fall rustling through his leafy mane and and painting the plants reds, golds, and browns with his steps. More adept and confident in his powers than the goddess of spring, he can tread the earth freely without feer of his abilities running amok... Though he rarely bothers, preferring to spend his time in the ethereal planes with a nice sunny spot and a good book - Mortals can me surprisingly adept at times.

Auberon rarely spends his time with the other deities, in large part because, although he comes off as rather charismatic when he can be bothered, it's not often that he does so outside of a professional setting. Of the other members of the pantheon, he most prefers to spend his time with Thrialle - Due in no small part to their similarly calm attitudes. Though her thing for flowers can bother him rather badly when they happen to be in fresh bloom...

Trivia

  • Somewhat unusually for a god, Auberon has an allergy - Specifically, one to pollen. Hana's entheusiasm often leaves puffs of the stuff scattered around the ethereal plane, which can make life rather difficult for the poor lion.
  • Although his mane and tail are formed from autumn leaves, Auberon has a single, still mostly-green leaf in his mane on the left side, and another, somewhat less-green one in his tail - Frankly, with his appreciation for the warmth of sunny days, he rather wishes there were more of them, and that he were the god of summer instead, but beggars can't be choosers and whatnot.
