Laplace

Laplace was a Psychic in life, born with the ability to commune with the dead. Of course, she used this power for things far from good. 

Her best friend (one of her only friends) is Ollie, who frequently lets them stay in his living room, since she has no place of her own in Astros.

They also claim that they were once human, and they were changed into their current body (and mental state) as a form of punishment from Milenko for their crimes on Earth. (Laplace is one of the very few who remembers their previous life; caused by their strong ties to the spirit world before)

Laplace sometimes experiences vivid hallucinations, as well as small chunks of amnesia. On the otherhand, they can also experience Mania, and their memories can jumble with each other, or things that never happened in the first place.

They're a joy to be around.
