Ocesia's self appointed 'right hand' and (more or less) caretaker. Graxia's one of the few beings that can handle Ocesia's aura at any point, so he keeps Ocesia's domain in order, sends out orders to other deities, and relays messages.

Ocesia can do those things, sure, but... It's fine. Graxia has nothing better to do.
