Harmony's Ownership

I. REPOSTING AND USE OF ORIGINAL ARTWORK

I.I. I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. You may not claim it as your own.

I.II. Edits to the Original Artwork. You may make edits to the art as you'd like, but please credit yourself to make it clear that the art was edited. I request that an unedited version of the artwork be kept as a copy.

I.III. Conditions for Reposting. If you own the design, you may repost my original artwork anywhere you’d like so long as you adhere to these conditions:

a. The watermark/signature on the image must remain intact.

b. You must credit me as the creator of the original design and artwork. A link back to my Furaffinity, DeviantArt, or Toyhou.se page is strongly preferred.

II. RULES FOR DESIGN OWNERSHIP

II.I. Restrictions. 

a. The design and original artwork is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without prior agreement to a contract, with the exception of reselling the design. 

This includes making a closed species for profit.

II.II. Permissions 

a. The owner of the design can make unlimited changes to the design and otherwise do with it what they wish, except for restrictions listed above.

b. The owner may trade, give away, or resell the design (see below for rules). 

III. RULES FOR OWNERSHIP TRANSFER

III.I. The owner may resell the design for more than the original sale price if additional value has been added via artwork made of the character.

a. Profiteering will result in a block and blacklisting. I.e., putting a design up for sale at a higher price without adding anything to its value.

When you sell one of my designs, letting me know that you did and how much you sold it for is always appreciated, but not required!
