King George has lived a wonderfully full life. Since birth, he was groomed to be the future king and succeed his father. Although, this was not always George's personal desire, giving in to a string of rebellious behavior that was spearheaded by his best friends, Barnaby and Reilo. Any moment that George could spare to get away when he was growing up was spent with Barnaby, exploring the lands that bordered their kingdom. George spent so much time in the village that by the time he eventually did become the king, he was the most well-loved and accepted King in royal family history.

After the passing of his father after his 20th birthday, George willingly stepped into his duties as King with no hesitation. This ultimately meant the end of his wild days of running around with Barnaby and Reilo. King George grew up a lot during this reign and over time, he started to resemble his father more and more. The grey/white patches started to grow in and in almost a blink of an eye, King George had spent 25 years at the helm. Soon after that anniversary, while the kingdom was on the brink of war, King George was succeeded by his nephew. It's a long story and we won't get into it now...however it ultimately did work out for the best.

Personality
Kind, Brave, & Thoughtful
Niave, Slow, & Forgetful

Now King George spends his retired days among his fellow townspeople, who are all too happy to continue referring to him as their king. And this has meant that George would reunite with his best friend, Barnaby. And it's like no time has passed at all with these old friends. You'll probably find them on any given day down in the wheat fields, drinking a pint, and reminiscing about their youth.

The townspeople welcome him happily. George is always willing to help others and share his wisdom. He is stoic and calm, and loves being around young children. George still wears his crown and his fellow townsmen help care for him in his old age. Sit down and let King George tell you a story! Sometimes he wears royal robes, but most of the time he doesn't to fit in with his townspeople.

History
Year: 1294

On the day of his 8th birthday, George was told by his father that he needed to stop hanging out with Barnaby and Reilo and start working on becoming the next king. Defiantly, George still snuck out to see his friends for the next few years. They spend their time pretending to play pirates and exploring local caves for treasure, stuff that kids do. George often hates the thought of becoming the next king, knowing that it would mean time away from his best friends.

On his 10th birthday, George's father found out about his son sneaking away at night and forbade him from ever seeing any townspeople again; outside of kingly duties. George is then locked away in the castle to start his training early. George is routinely subjected to his father's alcoholic bursts at the royal staff and grows up vowing to never be like his father.

Year: 1300

George's father succumbs to his alcoholism and passes away in the night. The dawn of the next day brings forth George's official ruling of Alamerri Kingdom. The title of king is now his. Moniker, the trusted royal advisor, helps George with day to day duties of being a king. The 14 year old slowly starts to realize the full weight of what is now on his shoulders and spends less time sighing at the window for freedom and more time learning about what it means to care of his village.

King George spends hours every day studying the map of the world, getting to know Alamerri's borders and neighboring allies. Moniker trains him well, and the two grow up to form an incredibly trusting bond. After 10 years, King George feels confident in all the relationships that his father had previously turned sour. He has reformed his personal inner circle as one fostering trust and appreciation. They love their King (now 24) and would do anything for him.

Year: 1320

For the first time in 50 years, Alamerri Kingdom is entering into war. King George witnesses his kingdom succumb to an attack from an outlying neighboring kingdom. Territory battles are occuring and King Georg has to lead his army into defending his townspeople. Brulée, his army general, and King George head off into the fields to lead the war. It lasts 5 years, wrecking havoc among the outlying villages. King George orders that items within the castle are to be sold in an effort to not raise taxes.

The wars last 10 years, most of the war spent on the borders defending Alamerri against attackers. King George spent most of the war on the sidelines, insisting on being there with Brulee and Queso as they negotiated and fought against the neighboring kingdoms. After being away for so long, King George arrives home and insists on spending his days with his townspeople, helping to rebuild their homes and businesses. This effort gives him the nickname of 'Townie George."

Relationships
Barnaby
Best Friend

These two may have lost contact for 20+ years, but when they reunited again it was as if nothign had changed. Barnaby helps George break out of his shell and keeps him on his toes with adventures. These two were rowdy kids back in the day, but George feels like he has added more years onto his life by reuniting with Barnaby, feeling almost like a kid again!

Moniker
Royal Advisor

Moniker helped raise George, despite only being 5 years older than the young king when he was cowned. The two have had an incredibly close bond over the years, bordering on a brother-like relationship. Moniker is a pretty sour dude, but George knows how to get him to crack a smile. He's been with the king through most of his life, aiding him whenever possible and giving up a normal life for the crown.

Brulée
Army General

Brulée was King George's first inner circle appointment after the previous king's passing. George picked Brulée because he can see that inside this chimera, is the heart of a empathetic leader. Brulee can be hard to read and hard to deal with his rigid attitude, but he's rarely ever thinking bad thoughts. Him and George get along really well with their need to be brave.
