Likes: Pulling pranks, Prank wars, Children, Stealing things from rich people, Giving things away to children and random strangers, Making others laugh or think he's actually scary

Dislikes: Capitalists, Spoil-sports, People who take things too seriously, People mean to children

Design Notes:

• Has golden irises with slit pupils
• Mane is like a scruff mane, only is open at the front to show his chest
• White underbelly and chest
• "Cuffs" and "cuff-links" on front paws are actually marking and not real clothing
• Back feet are the same black as the wings

Character Notes:

• Has his "base" in a wacky treehouse with a sign that says "No bourgeoisie allowed"
• Would never be mean to children, but would 100% prank children or mock-threaten them in a hamfisted way
• Targets any mothcat, bumblebun, flowerbun, or sparklenose selling things in his "territory" by pranking the ever-loving snot out of them
• Never does harmful pranks, just REALLY inconvenient ones (silly string drive-bys, covert whopee cushion planting, dumping buckets full of red wine over peoples' heads, sneakily repainting furniture so that people touch wet paint, gifting people soap that leaves brown residue, ad nauseum)
• Is an actually good actor and milks it for all he's worth to come off as a threatening mobster. Then shoves cream pies in people's faces.
