Bisonstar is an abnormally large, efficient, and puritanical leader, with bristly, dark brown tabby and white fur, long canine teeth and silver eyes. He is the oldest clan leader.

- willing to do most anything to keep his family safe
- once you earn his trust, do your utmost to keep it- it's hard to achieve, easy to break, and dangerous to lose
- a pretty intense hoarder- mostly feathers and rocks and other bits of nature he finds, but will occasionally bring back twoleg items he's scrounged; most notably a plastic coin he found
- needs to have a constant supply of alder on hand due to his constant toothaches
- also often takes chamomile to calm his consistently frayed nerves
