Aleo is a kind young man with an overadundance of empathy. He cares deeply, too deeply, about everyone around him, and can often find himself being taken advantage of for it. Despite this, he remains outgoing and optimistic. He wants nothing more than to be useful and liked, and is persuing a career as a therapist.
His main hobby is dancing, and while he enjoys all forms of it, he excels at salsa and west coast swing.

Summary
A long-term friend of Penelope, Aleo is one of the few people she can sucessfully cohabitate with long term, tolerating her love of clutter and lack on inside voice well. The two are often seen together and go out to bars together frequently.
An utterly non-magical person, Aleo seeks to help and heal with what he has. He often takes on other people's burdens and concerns, lending an ear to anyone who seeks it. This can take a toll on him emotionally after some time, and he often needs to take breaks and recharge, usually by going on a trip somewhere. He has a great love of travel, particularly to warm places with history.
Design
• Glasses are optional. He wears them for style, not function.
• Can be drawn in nearly any modern clothing. He prefers sweater vests and suit vests with tight pants. He can also be drawn in any kind of over-the-top outfit you'd see in dancing competitions.
• His hair is longer on the left than the right, and tends to hang just a bit over his eye.
• Usually has a bit of stubble on his chin.
Trivia
• Aleo is not used in settings that aren't modern, and mainly exists as a Pokemon trainer OC. (see Tabs)
• Will force any date he has to see a musical with him. It's his ideal first-date activity.
• A foodie who enjoys fine dining and trying local cuisine. Has a varied palette, but won't eat at fast food or other 'trash' places.

Penelope
His first and longest term friend, Penelope has helped him navigate through life since they were children. Incredibly close in a very platonic way.
Trio
After meeting through Penelope, Aleo got his number and has been chit-chatting with the other trainer ever since. Is currently taking care of Trio's overly-aggressive Arbok and is attempting to rehabilitate it.
