"My, what excellent dentation you have, the ivory is just the shade of white I was looking for."

Personality: He can be defined as refined, but eccentrically so. There is a peculiar formality in his nature and he is similar to a butler for Fana Mimi. Enthusiastic about his hobbies which include sculpture, architecture, and gardening by which he is sadistically artistic (turning people into decoration such as sculptures, "flower hands", and further architecture endeavors). He views most people as objects, but in an unnervingly polite manner. He finds conversation very interesting, and a few people have managed to not become part of his garden by virtue of a good conversation (just hope you can distract him enough to grab something to show you and then run away!).

Notes: 

* Marek became a "corrupt" duodeos (these are my own ideas, not really cannon for duodeos) through the trauma of having death surround him after he had reincarnated. He had been in hibernation when the temple had been attacked during the time of the Divine Uprising. Particularly when Adva Nahar had been killed by Kepi Indrani. Seeing the fallen bodies of his friends and family of the temple his mind had been shattered. Almost immediately after Marek had finished picking up the remains of his fallen brethren he received a visit from an old friend. It was a neighboring temple guardian duodeos. Marek's friend was slightly alarmed by the new decorations that now adorned the temple. Bones littered the area still, yet neatly arranged with skulls hung up around the entrance. As Marek's friend came closer the pent up hostility he held for those that had wronged this temple was unleashed. "I only need one more..." He murmured as he detached the head from the body and hung it among the rest of the skulls. This was the first death of his own kind by his hand which later resulted in the extinction of duodeos and the attempted genocide of melwyrms in Lato leaving only Marek behind...

* When Mimi was cast out from his home he eventually caught word of a rumor about a cursed temple within the local town he currently was taking refuge in. Originally the temple was used in worship to Adva Nahar, the former deity of the Seas and Wicked Justice who had long been killed by his Guardian, Kepi Indrani. He heard of a malicious entity that began to wreck havoc upon those that came near the temple causing him to grow curious about it. He sought out the temple one day to find a large ruinous structure that appeared to have been abandoned. There he decided to take a nap until dusk when a looming figure began to hover over his small form. Clearly there was no discretion in what the angered spirit killed. Unlike mortals, however Fana Mimi was not going to be made an easy target for the large wyrm. As the figure slithered closer and closed in on his prey, a strange realization occurred to him. The wyrm could not kill this one for some reason. Despite his efforts to pierce flesh with his legs it wouldn't sink in. The uchikomimi merely smirked and swiftly responded with his tail smashing the wyrm against the stone walls of the temple. "So you are the one everyone is making a fuss about..." And thus was the first meeting between the duodeos known as Marek and the deity uchikomimi known as Fana Mimi.

* When Fana Mimi made Marek his Guardian...

* Marek considers his culture most similar to the Velhedeos side as he prefers the practice of physical healing and meditation. He has taught Fana Mimi some of the hand gestures practiced by his society to give him opportunities to participate in meditation if he ever chose to do so.

* Marek likes to remain in his athrocophid form over his humanoid form. Compared to Fana Mimi he is quite large in size.

* Due to Fana Mimi’s sibling, Voyou Feli, lacking a Guardian of their own, the usually selfish deity decided to assign Marek to also attend to Voyou Feli’s safety as well. Fortunately, Marek has grown fond of the charming Uchikomimi and they greatly enjoy each other’s company together.
