Occupation: "Hunter" or "Police Dog" - Someone sent out to hunt down criminals, but does not hold the same authority as an officer would.
Personality: Sweet, Cheerful, energetic and a bit goofy
Bio: Abel was raised and trained by his master, and after the loss of his left arm he was given a magi-tech weaponized arm to battle against criminals who use magic against those who are otherwise "ungifted". He's been sent out on numerous "Hunts" to track down and capture magic-using criminals. However, the authorities have been abusing their power and have had him capturing those who were actually innocent, to oppress those who were born with "unnatural gifts"

Realizing the immoral use of his power, Abel has since fled from the force, and lives on the run as a traitor to the city's government. With a warrant out for his arrest, Abel has been forced to live in the slums, alongside the 'criminals' he'd been sent to oppress. He's not very popular with either of the groups.
