Marian: Female Human Templar: Marian always found the Templars exciting from a young age and worked to join their ranks as early as possible. Knight Commander Gregior was her main role model, and she was excited to work for him once she finished her training. Sitting around guarding the mages in the Circle all day was not as exciting as she dreamed it, and she often tried to find excuses to leave the tower. Hunt down a runaway? She was the first to volunteer. Go across the continent to escort a new mage to the Circle? On it! What was really exciting was when the Qunari Yasa was transferred to the circle. The Qunari embodied excitement and the Templar did her best to get close to the mage. When she suggested the mage be allowed an escort and given the ability to travel, she also put in word that she could totally handle her and would love the task. Her request granted, Marian is finding life on the road is less than glamorous, but she found some love with the mage and that's more than enough for her.

Marian dresses in leathers and drab colored clothing when not in her Templar armor. She has long sunbleached blonde hair she tends to keep braided, and chocolate brown eyes. She is of average height, looking odd and oftentimes less intimidating next to her Qunari lover. The most intimdiating part about her is the scar that travels across her face, and many people who see the two together assume Yasa inflicted it. She carries a sword and shield, and isn't afraid to share that she is in the Templar ranks. After all, hiding her armor and shield with the blazing sword upon them is rather hard. Still, she's proud to be a Templar and often can be found shining her armor and making sure the sigils are clear of dirt and mud.
