cheerful child of a monstrous being masquerading as an apartment complex

she lives in a large block of prefab apartment buildings and claims to have a “family”, but her conception of that is a little unusual. she’s the inhuman child of the buildings, which are carnivorous and sentient. they rearrange their hallways and rooms to trap curious people from the outside within, using their meat as fuel. 

she’s a kind and curious kid who’s a little frightened of outsiders at first, but because she doesn’t have any people to talk to, she latches onto outsiders quickly and tries to get them to join her “family”. she likes hopscotch, baking, and has trouble pronouncing words. she also wants a pet kitten. 

age is ambigious, appears roughly 10-12 but occasionally acts younger (or much older) 

design notes:

• hair color can be more grey-blonde or more yellow-blonde, either is fine
• pioneer tie is optional
• her dress is a dark brown 
• you can add detail/lace on the hems if you'd like 
• dress should end below the knees, and please don't draw her without leggings
