Aanak

Cloverdiles are a closed species by Colonel.

A.K.A. Nak

Not knowing who his family are, Nak is a child of the swamp. His inherent affinity to his home and everything that resides in it means that it in turn looks after him. Aanak was the result of failed experiments by scientists trying to create the cuter species Cloverpups. Resulting in a cuter, smaller and smoother Cloverdile but stunting his growth and making him all a bit clumsy.

One day clumsy Nak ran into a Shantyland canon mushroom which sprayed it's poisonous spores all over Aanak. Immediately, this began affecting his canopy. It began to tear away at his canopy, disintegrating the bonds that held his canopy together. A slit began forming in this lily pad on his head with the yellow spores working it's way into this crack.

Suddenly, the Swamp Mother, who was always looking out for this young dile child and almost wanted to treat him like her own, appeared. Feeling sorry for this young orphan she begun to try and reverse the magic but the shroom spores were strong. The only thing she could do was stop it from fully disintegrating, leaving Aanak with a big crack in his canopy and put him to sleep. 

When Aanak woke he remembered dreaming about this amazing female figure almost saving him and he couldn't shake off the feeling it was real. The now permanent crack made him self concious that he wasn't like the other cloverdiles and didn't fit in. It also made him unfortunately even more clumsy than he already was - putting his centre of gravitiy all off. He made it his mission to find this female figure again to get her to fix the crack in his canopy to return him to normal again and will spend his whole life training for his journey!
