Hes a foreign traveler who is notorious back at home for theft, deception, and scamming- and he brought all his wares to sell to others in the clans! Though I'd be wary, hes good with his words, and once he gets his paws on your shit, it's gone. He is thought of quite fondly in the clans but hes stolen from pretty much every rouge or loner who wanders with his charming ways, though it doesnt work on all. He probably has an angry mob after him.

He likes to do taxidermy as well as he likes to sell skulls!!! Hes too much of a baby to kill anything big but he likes bird skulls specifically cause they look cool :))
