found his bandana washed up on the shore of hillockclan's territory after one of the twolegs from the nearby town lost it to the river. he is the apprentice under the medicine cat newteyes. applepaw is one of the only cats that can stand newteyes' bad temper. applepaw is quite tolerable, which makes him the perfect understudy for newteyes. he's hardworking and wishes to help every cat he can with his abilities as a medicine cat.

applepaw got his lightning-shaped scar from an unfortunate accident when he was a new apprentice.
