Nobody calls her Chava unless it’s roll call on the first day of school, or maybe someone that knew her before she was fourteen. Age: Birthday: October 21, 1995 Sign: Libra Gemstone: Opal Blood Type: B- Fav. Food: Tamales. Well, better make that, Good Tamales. Hated Food: Dried fruit. Fruit should be eaten as it was intended to be eaten. And that is not dried up like an old person. School: St Magdalena's Seminary Hobbies: Languages: Traveling has always been a must do in Lavender’s life. Seeing the world and getting the hell out of Destiny City is the thing she wants to do most when she graduates school in the spring, so clearly knowing different languages is a must. Equipped with the best damn bootlegged version of Rosetta Stone softwere, Lavender has already sort-of, kind-of ‘mastered’ Spanish, Greek and is working on French. She knows that one day, she’ll be Parlez-vous…ing with the best in grand ol’ Paris. Or maybe just in Canada. Who really can tell? Blogging: Being famous was another dream that Lavender had when she was younger, and somehow, it got twisted and warped as reality really took hold, turning from being a movie star, to a television star, to maybe a radio star, to being internet famous, to youtube famous, and finally, just to surpass 2500 followers on her Tumblr. Her blog is her life, and she has always found solace that she can just go online and vent. She can really just let everything go and say what she needs to say and if people want to read it, great! If they don’t, well. They must smell like rotten cabbage anyway and who needs them. She isn’t a gung-ho about getting people to read her blog as she used to be, but you know. Sometimes that old thirst for fame resurfaces when she gets another like. Or another follower…or when she gets re-blogged by that one big blog that is super popular. Sometimes. Makeup: Lavender enjoys messing around with makeup, and takes great pride in whatever she comes up with. One of her biggest inspirations is KatieAlves on Deviantart. The different styles and different things that she does with makeup is just…well. It is fantastic. There have been a lot of times where Lavender has taken some of the tutorials and applied them to her own face, with fantastic results she might add. She likes to experiment and posts her results on her blog. Only the good results, of course! Virtues: Charismatic: In order to amass a following of people, even if it is just a few, one must have a certain level of charm, and honestly, Lavender knows how to keep a crowd when she wants to. She puts on a great face, and when she isn't whining to her close friends, she seems like a very well put together person, oozing success and wonderfulness. She knows how to charm and get people to like her, and this is perhaps her favorite thing about herself. It just makes life easier and a lot more fun. Efficient: Getting things done quickly and getting them done right is clearly the only way that things should ever be done, so that’s the way that Lavender likes to do them. She lives her life this way and be it doing school work or hanging out with her friends, she’ll always take the route that lets her experience the most, all while taking the shortest amount of time. It just makes sense to do things that way! It makes her a great person to hang out with though, she always has a plan to make the most out of everything. Loyal: It may seem just a bit out of place for her to be loyal, but when Lavender finds a cause or a person worthy of her loyalty, they have it unquestioningly. It doesn’t matter if she’s ‘grown out’ of something, she is still wildly loyal to whatever it is. Perhaps the worst example is her loyalty to the old power rangers shows. She has tried to go back and re-watch them…and groans beyond belief at how cheesy they are, but still jumps up to defend them as the best things ever if someone ever dares to say anything bad about them. There is never any reason to doubt or question Lavender’s loyalty at any time. Once you’ve earned it, that is. Flaws: Self Absorbed: Blogging and trying to ‘make it’ on the social network scene comes with quite a few side effects, and perhaps the worst is the fact that you can become a completely and totally terrible self absorbed person that just cannot stop thinking about anything or anyone but yourself, and sadly, this applies to Lavender about 94% of the time. Does it really matter what others are thinking or feeling? All that matters is the fact that Lavender just made a really awesome combo with her eyeshadow and eyeliner and this needs to make it onto the internet RIGHT NOW. Oh your dog died? That’s too bad, look at my eyes, aren’t they fantastic? Debbie Downer: The world is absolutely not sunny and bright. And everyone should know it. Lavender has absolutely no qualms with sharing every bitter and resentful feeling that she has, and is quite often full of gloom and doom. She has a negative outlook on a lot of things and doesn’t bother even trying to be optimistic about her life and the directions that she is headed in. She doesn’t care if she is bringing others down. She overreacts so that even the smallest mistake is clearly something that is going to impact her for the rest of her miserable life. Nosey: Knowing things is something that Lavender likes to do. She likes to know everything about everyone, and once she’s learned that, it’s time to start over and learn everything new that she missed. But of course, there are things that people just don’t want to share, or things that people don’t want to be shared. Or reblogged. Or mentioned anywhere ever again. It doesn’t matter what type of deodorant so and so is wearing, and it really doesn’t matter if they slept with what’s his name yet either. Lavender just doesn’t know when to give her questions a rest. |
