When you acquire a design of mine through any means, you are automatically subject to my TOS.
• Designs are sold for personal/non-commercial use only.
• Silverfang should be credited as the design's original creator.
• Designs can be changed or have their species changed, as long as my art is not edited.
• Designs can be sold, gifted, traded, etc. as the owner wishes. This does not apply to free designs acquired in free giveaways, even if they have added art. If you wish to rehome a design you acquired freely, please send them back to me so that I can rehome them at my discretion!
• Designs can be resold for any price and sold even if obtained by trade.
• I will not enforce any resale terms on my designs other than those set by me as a creator (i.e. "buyback" agreements from previous owners).
• Please do not purchase or own my designs if you have me blocked or I have you blocked.
• Do not try 'workarounds' with crediting my art or designs (i.e. reuploading a design to avoid crediting me through Toyhou.se).
• You are not required to notify me of a new owner, but I don't at all mind if you wish to!
