Profile

Sporting the signature robes of the Church of the Fractured, Armond does his best to cover his alien features. Now a former member of the Church and a mercenary for [REDACTED], Armond provides his service for a fee in order to get by, helping those he can in the process.

Personality:

Armond’s lack of knowledge of the world outside the teachings of the Church leads him to be incredibly naive. This coupled with his timidness leads many to question as to why he decided to join the mercenary line of work.

A sense of duty is attributed to his vows as a cleric and an uncanny altruism; often throwing self-preservation to the wind if it means saving someone else. His value of others well-being and comfort often supersedes his own, even if said person does not treat him kindly. This makes it hard for even the most blunt, cold, and callous individuals to drive him away. His kindness knows no bounds, wanting to spread as much care and joy as he can provide.

Background:

A former Karlakk warrior of unknown ranking, Armond fled Adusska after the death of a comrade. In his distraught state, he sought out any method to bring them back, focusing in on the legend of the Scepter of Altering fabled to do such a thing. After some time searching, he found said staff and was able to wield it. The staff being a coveted catalyst watched over by the Church of the Fractured, he was taken into custody by them. Though it was indeed a powerful catalyst capable of increasing the power of any miracle, it was not capable to bringing the dead back to life.

Having no reason to go back to Adusska, Armond vowed a life of servitude to the the Church. Serving as a cleric he was given his current human name, whatever title he had before discarded.

After over a decade servitude a fateful meeting led him to join [REDACTING] as apart of the mercenary division.
