Ociel

Being a "Child of Dusk", an hybrid offspring between two lilidae of night and day, the boy was quickly abandoned by his parents. A colony of migrating day lilidae saw him alone in his nest; despite their animosity with such accursed children, they took pity on him and counted him as one of their own. Because of the beautiful blue plumage he had, he was named "Ociel". Ociel was born blind, and so for a large portion of his childhood he was very reliant on others to survive. He grew to love the family who took care of him, and thought he would spend the rest of his life with them till he got separated. One fateful day a strong storm ravaged the land and skies. The winds drowned the voices of his loved ones calling for him, because of this Ociel was unable to tell where they were in the darkness. When he felt he was thrown into a raging river, he thought he would die. Days later he awoken to a small voice he never heard before.

An unknown girl has taken him in, and her name was "Akari". She was a strange lilidae who seemed to prefer walking over flying. Despite being newly acquianted, she was kind to him. Ociel felt safe and comfortable with her despite her constant nagging and complaining. After hearing his story she agreed to help locate his family; and just in case they would never be able find them, she promised she would care for him for the rest of his life.

An aspiring fashion designer. She is the girl who found him when the storm cleared. After learning of his blindness, she became incredibly doting and strict at the same time. Ociel could tell that she's easily worried of him. He is quite fond of her and likes her fruity scent, and he is quite amused of her incredibly soft feet and paw pads since she's a strange lilidae who walks with footwear.

The sole hotel owner in the small city of lilidae. She is Akari's elder sister figure who raised her when Akari was still a young girl. She took pity in Ociel when Akari found him, and decided to take him in.
