A rather brightly-colored raiju that can summon lightning, and the twin of Okira. He is thought to represent rebirth, particularly after a bad thunderstorm.
Two halves of a whole, Raiko and Okira were born after a devastating thunderstorm. You would think they are inseparable, but they were unfortunately separated at a young age. Raiko was raised by a loving caretaker, spoiling him in goods. Compared to others, he's actually pretty lucky. Later if life Raiko and Okira reunited, like they should have been. Despite their frequent fights, they sort of rely on each other for support. They travel the world together, always eager for a new adventure.
