Kace
Kace is super extroverted and loud. He tends to seem like he is yelling every time he speaks because he can't hear very well and doesn't realize how loud he really is.
This is a bit of a turn off to those he may meet that don't take the time to find out why it is that he does this.
However, underneath his loudness, he is really very sweet and really enjoys helping others any way he can.
His best friend is Marlin as they are able to support each other through their limitations.
Marlin has excellent hearing to compensate for his poor vision so he helps Kace with his trouble hearing, while Kace's eyesight is very strong and he helps Marlin in that area.
Kace has two dogs, one named Razz who is a service dog that helps him with his hearing issues by tapping his feet when he seems to not hear something or is being too loud, and a smaller, younger one named Cream who is still quite naive and wants to become a service dog like Razz.
Kace also enjoys reading very much since it doesn't require hearing at all.
He can go through books very quickly as he gets completely absorbed in each one and distractions are blocked by his poor ears.
