COMMISSION INFO AND TERMS OF SERVICE
You automatically agree to my terms of services when ordering a commission from me.
Pings and slot reserves
I don't do pings, sorry!
For regular commissioners: If commissions are closed, please wait patiently until they reopen. I do not reserve slots.
For Patreon commissioners: Patrons (Ramen tier and above) can place a commission order in advance, even if commissions are closed.
(Sushi tier) Patrons will be notified in advance when public commissions are open, and will be able to reserve a slot.

Ordering and forms
The order limit is 2 commissions at once per person.
Once finished all your commissions, you can order 2 more once again.
I have the right to decline, and / or cancel a commission for any reason, with or without explanation. I will let you know if it's the case.
Each type of commission has its respective form that can be found at the bottom of the commission type.
If there's any kind of extra info that doesn't fit into the form, please include it in your comment.
You don't necessary need to fill out the (optional) options, you can leave them blank.
Please make sure to provide a clear reference of the character, unshaded if possible.

All payments are made through PayPal or DeviantArt points.
I don't accept a mix of both (half PayPal, half Points)

If paying with PayPal: I will give you my paypal.me or email (please pay in USD and include your username in the description)

Refunds
Refunds may be requested before starting your commission.
If the commission is started and you require a refund, emergency refunds may be given in case of unforeseen circumstances.
In that case, the amount to be refunded will be determined by the commission stage.
Percentage may vary depending on the commission type:
Sketch: 90%
Lineart 70%
Flats: 50%
Unfinished Details: 10%
A full refund will be given if i'm unable to complete your commission.
Refunds may be requested before starting your commission.
If the commission is started and you require a refund, emergency refunds may be given in case of unforeseen circumstances.
In that case, the amount to be refunded will be determined by the commission stage.

Unfinished Details: 10%
A full refund will be given if i'm unable to complete your commission.
Delivery Time
I don't work on a first come, first serve basis. Usually when my list is full, I work on batches of specific types (eg. First animated icons, then illustrations)
Although smaller commissions might be finished before bigger commissions.
For regular commissioners: It may take me to a week or months to finish your commission after placing your order.
For Patreon commissioners: While you can place a commission order in advance, the turnaround may be a little longer.
These type of commissions will be schedule to dedicated months throughout the year.
Keep in mind I'm not a full-time dedicated artist, so your patience is greatly appreciated.

You will receive an initial sketch before I proceed with the advanced drawing.
If I did something wrong in your commission (mistakes on the coloring / character markings / etc) don't be afraid on asking me for changes, I'll be glad to fix it!
Bigger changes will require an additional fee depending on the complexity of the change.
