Speaking trait: Rather quiet, voice has a slight hoarse all the time. But when they do speak, they sound bitter and almost dead to the world, all the time, always (unless with family or a friend), swears a lot.

Character traits: Bitter, judgemental, introvert, smartass, skeptical, strong-headed, stubborn, awkward, and a hypocrite.

Specific traits: Wears yellow a lot, holds grudges forever, sets up drinking games for themselves, hides emotions via powers, has no tail, very short, insomniac.

Backstory(SHORT VERSION)

Age:

0: Second child in a crumbling relationship of a squirrel mom and a bloodbending bobcat dad. Got dad's powers and lack of tail. Dad leaves mom very soon after Taph is born.

0-6: Despite that, her mom and older brother love her a lot, and she is given constant care and love. 

6-9: School and children, things are.. rather okay, but it turns out Taph isn't the best student, and she doesn't like focusing on studies either, unlike her brother. She quickly learns she won't be able to be as good as he is, and he was great at everything, but she's alright with that, as Lilac does everything he can to make her feel happy, and helps her with school, powers, and everything else, like a good dad they did not really have. Mom, while being very quiet and oftentimes sad and often falling sick too, is the best mom around, and makes the best cookies, everyone can go home. Then, brother has to leave for medical studies, but writes often - mom and Taph kinda miss him, but they have each other, and they often joke about how it's 'finally quiet for once'.

10: Lilac comes back for vacation, then leaves to pay visits to some people he knew, and gets murdered.

10-12: Everything is depression, but Taph tries to stay strong for mom, who gets sick way more often after Lilac died. She tries to get better at studies, and succeeds, mom's family helps them a lot too.

12: Mom dies.

12-18: Taph is practically alone, as aunts who begin to take care of Taph live far away while Taph needs to finish school where she lives. Well, not really needs to. But wants to. Really wants to be alone. By the time Taph's done with school, they're not really a daughter anymore. Or a son. They just are, sort of.

18: Although, despite the fact that they did not live with their aunts, they still visited a lot, and liked their small family way before the closest relatives decided to die off. Willow and Merlyn, and Sam really helped them accept the truth and realise that they were not really alone, and Taph started to recognise them as their closest family. Willow was.. rather similar to Lilac anyway. That, Willow's profession, Taph's light hopes of maybe actually getting revenge if they go this way, and Taph's lack of direction or any special skills that could help them decide on anything, make them choose Psychology for studies, with the overall idea of 'helping Willow with her work someday as Taph was supposed to help Lilac'.

18-23: They begin studies far away from the hometown, but way closer to where Andre family lives, at Scelus University. They are still living near the university, and are enjoying their course enough to not just throw it all away, even though they managed to fail a year. Psychology.. could just be their thing, to be perfectly honest.
