Kai's Ownership

by obtaining my designs or artwork, through purchase or other means, you agree to the following;

• You will not use my artwork and designs for commercial use.
• All commissions and designs are for personal use only.
• You, the commissioner, are permitted to repost the design anywhere as long as credit is given in some form.
• Do not remove or crop out my signature for any reason, if it is present.
• You will not "flip" a design without additional art. this entails purchasing/trading for a design only to resell it for more than it was bought
• You do not trace or "heavily reference" my artwork without permission
• If a design is part of a closed/open species, you abide by the species rules.
• You do not turn any of my designs or artwork into any open/closed community species unless given permission to do so.
• You do not make any modifications to the original artwork/design. But you do not need my permission to change up a design if you are having a new reference created
• But if you have commissioned me for lineart of a character, you are permitted to color it in.
• You will be sure to credit "Shadeyenova" as the creator of a design or artwork where needed. You may make as many adjustments to your design as you see fit, but please be sure to leave credit regardless of the changes made.
• You reserve the right to decide anything about your character/design. But do make note that if there's anything grossly extreme associated with the design (rape/cp/nazi/homophobia/etc) and it's brought to my attention, I will have you blocked on every platform I am on.
• If I have you blocked and/or vice versa, you still respect my TOS if you are in possession of my designs or artwork. Regardless of my status with you, you are permitted to continue to use any design of mine that you own.
