His entire body is made up of a weird sentient slime of sorts.

He's curious towards the unknown, and desires to seek out the secrets within Ideya.
His room holds within it a large black pool of ooze that which he uses to recharge himself.
Weakness is water. It won't destroy him, just dilute his body making it harder for him to stay solid. He can still slither around.
