About...
Once upon a time, a timid servant of Adleri Avast, a dictator who ruled the Shattered Isle for centuries. Then one day, not-so-timid anymore, exhausted by Adleri's myriad abuses, lured him into a trap. Through his chest with a blade, Adleri's blood feeding a magic circle that sealed his Flame within several opals. Unsure of himself, half-dissociated, Falacer stared at his bloodied hands for hours.
His heroism - that murder - has placed him the center of the Isle and a huge facet of its worship, accented by his shy waves and elated grins. Though he shirks away from governmental work, eager to avoid Adleri's mistakes, he tentatively accepts the Isle's god-worship of him...
...mostly because he fucking loves the pies and cakes they keep making for him ;_;
Personality...
Not energetic enough to be called cheerful or excitable, but optimistic and positive nonetheless. Pessimistic outcomes and cynical outlooks are foreign to his line of thinking, and he finds himself easily disturbed by the concept. Observant and empathetic to others' feelings, and likes making them feel comfortable. Equally likes being spoiled, but he tries not to behave like a diva.
It's not that he thinks evil doesn't exist - more so that he forgets it until it's right in front of his face. Deeply insecure and prone to comparing himself to others.

Falacer's Flame gives him the power to define the line between life and death, which assisted in defeating Adleri. He is deliberately vague about its specifics.
Powers...
Can eat a whole pie in under a minute without getting it everywhere on him.
Artifacts...
The jewelry he wears contains the dissected soul of Adleri Avast within the gemstones. If that soul were removed and pieced back together, one could feasibly bring Adleri back from the dead.
