SCP-1504, also referred to as "Joe", is a Keter-level SCP, and is currently uncontained. His anomalous ability makes it so that everything he does is perceived by surrounding individuals as being "within expectations" for the situation, rendering his true actions as pseudo-invisible. This makes him extremely dangerous to the Foundation, as it allows him to bypass all automatic security systems, letting him breach his and other SCP's containment chambers at any time. He is also known to attack members of the Foundation, who then believe that circumstance or their own wrongdoings have caused them to get hurt. SCP-1504 is completely unable to be harmed or killed himself, but is capable of being put unconscious through the use of halothane vapor (general anesthetic), or blunt force trauma to the head.

CURRENTLY UNDERSTOOD FACTS ABOUT SCP-1504:
-After thorough review and filtering of the camera footage from the site-wide containment breach on ██/██/████, it was discovered that SCP-1504 had caused the entire breach himself, touring the facility at a running pace and unlocking door after door along the way. Presumably done as an act of revenge against the Foundation.
-The on-site nuclear warhead had been activated by Dr. Loyd as per the document obtained from the precious document vault. At the time of detonation, SCP-1504 was nowhere to be found on the tapes, and is assumed to have already escaped, despite his ability to be able to survive said nuke.
-Because of his actions, it is assumed that Joe's mood and levels of empathy fluctuate heavily fluctuate, as these actions occurred soon after his interview with Dr. Loyd. (In which he admitted that he hates his anomalous ability and it makes him feel suicidal)
-While Joe was contained at the Foundation, it was noticed that the more often one attempted to interact with the subject, the more they were able to perceive of his true actions, regardless of their ability to detect perception shifts.
-Certain personnel that worked around SCP-1504 started referring to him as "Joe Schmo" as a joke, although this name was soon retired as those who used it to refer to SCP-1504 would often find themselves with a sudden nosebleed.
