A young sith pantoran who is apprentice to the former sith lord Darth Maul. Pantoran usually colour their face in gold markings to symbolise famillial affiliation. Val paints his face in a dark blue black colour, and in the shape of Maul's tattoos, since he had been secretly raised by Maul, and he is the only family he has ever known. The markings symbolise loyalty.
