Liz is a runaway from her family, the wealthy and powerful Blackwell dynasty and its matriarch Livia Blackwell. Liz is a clone of Livia, raised to be as much like Livia as possible in order to become her next vessel when the matriarch's body finally dies.
Liz is incredibly paranoid and quite willing to use violence against any perceived threat. She is prickly and tends to be unpleasant, keeping people at arm's length at best. That said, she is emotional and fiercely defensive of the rare people she cares about.
Liz has long, wavy black hair usually tied into a ponytail. She's tall and scrawny, though not without muscle. Her arms and upper body are completely covered in random geometric black lines, apparently tattoos.
She wears practical, well-worn clothing typically in neutral colors. Liz only owns about two different outfits.
Initially, Eliza seems surly, sour, arrogant, and difficult to get along with. Which is because she is.
To anyone who can get past her armor, though, it becomes clear that Eliza is a vulnerable, anxious person dealing with her family issues by running away and doing anything to rebel. Fully understanding she's a means to an end and has an expiration date, Eliza outlook has turned to self-pity and reaction, losing grip on much of anything external. Especially with influence from her monster-hunter 'friends,' Eliza's attitude can be callous and even downright cruel, seeking glory and chasing any distraction.
At her core, Liz is actually quite sensitive and emotional, but rarely lets anyone close enough to see this.

- Eliza was initially an AU version of Emily Kaldwin from Dishonored, but very quickly became her own thing and is now a completely different character.
- Eliza was previously named Rosa, and still uses that as an alias.
- Her original design bore a left arm made of black glass, which has since been redesigned into the tattoos and thorns
