About
Vinte is a man in his 20's that acts nothing like it, he's way more on the childish side outside of his working routine where he tries to be more serious, this fact is mostly due to being introduced to society really late in his life, being deprived of most normal social intances until a very late point.
Although having the leader title, he's still got a boss who he has to follow orders from, he's more like the public face, he doesn't really know if he is the best fit for such a demanding position but he tries his best, really dislikes dissapointing people.
In his free time he's often seen gardening or studying, he also likes to know everything that's going on with his friends so he checks them really often, he's a bit too social and clingy

Story
Main story
He was a stillborn, but is kept "alive" by his peculiar powers of unknown origin, which allowed him to grow to an adult size giving him his ghostly look. he was adopted by Demise who took care of him, Along with Demise's older kid Chi on his farm, where Vinte mainly worked on the simple tasks for most of his life. He wasn't let too far from his house by his father because he told him it was "dangerous" but never specified why, years later Demise passed away of illness, that made him decide to leave, out of pure curiosity of what the world had to offer.
The surroundings we're completely unknown to him so he tried to settle and get used to living their first while also making some friends in the way with the great help of two people who received him and gave him a place to live for free. He managed to make a lot of friends and even with Acatriel at some point, a really important figure their. Acatriel thought he would be a good leader for unknown reasons, which led to Vinte after some preparation and learning to become the current public face in charge of hell. Shortly after doing all of this, Vinte got married to a man named Feleti who he met in the middle of the forest hunting while he was picking up flowers.
About himself
Personality wise he's very cheerful, charismatic and quite educated, he always looks for the positive side of things and people (even if he shouldn't). Which in return leads him to try to look for the best in everyone, even though it is hell. Heβs very forgiving as well, he actively avoids feelings like anger or jealously. As sadly they can get out of control.
Influence
When he faced hell as a leader, he realized it lacked a lot of order and things, so he came up with the idea along with his friends to make an organization similar to a council, with the goal to make hell more like a working stable country rather then a random mess where everyone did whatever they wanted, this included making laws, giving people rights, etc. So far it has worked and made mostly good outcomes, but of course you can't make everyone happy and theirs many people out for his neck .
