Neve is immediately taken as how she is - your first impression is a very hostile individual who would have no issue turning on you and ripping off a part of. With such a strong and violent personality, the majority of those around are far too intimidated to get close to her - even just the deathly stares she gives when scanning the room sends chills down spines.
Neve is unpredictable; one moment she'll try to rip your throat out, the next she'll have you pinned to the ground as an avalanche echoes above you. Despite what appears to be instability, Neve is clearly capable and for her group she'd take on an army to keep you safe. She's someone who appears to have no fear and will lash out with the force of a dragon if you threaten what she cares for.

Summary
With such a confident personality - no one has to worry about Neve hiding her opinion. If she hates something, she more than says so. If she agrees, she'll hurt anyone who disagrees. Neve is very forceful and believes her opinion is right - there's no reason for anyone to believe otherwise. Neve doesn't always take the physical path immediately, if it's an opinion on something minor she may only tell you how awful you are. However, should you disagree or agree with something Neve is strongly the opposite for, you won't even get a warning before she lashes out.
With such an explosive personality, even those who manage to get close to her have to tread lightly. Neve has no issue getting physical with even those she cares for, maybe less damaging than with others, but causing pain nonetheless. Neve lacks empathy and humanity, unable to relate or even imagine how anyone else feels. This means when she gets injured, she'll simply try to harm the opposer even more. With an unyielding personality, don't expect Neve to ever be the bigger person or back down.
Neve can get very protective of those close to her, she doesn't like feeling that someone is going to leave her. She hates feeling that she enjoys someone's company more than they enjoys - Neve will confront close friends when she feels they spend too much time with someone else. With great jealousy, Neve is over top often with deep trust issues but in turn cares greatly for her friends' relationships and should anything dirty be going on, Neve will act on it for them and deal with it if necessary.
Random Facts
• Neve does tolerate most males to some extent; as long as you're not like Aiden - overconfident, rude, argumentative - then you'll probably survive being around her. She isn't so irrational that she'd attack you for absolutely no reason ; you'll just have to be exceptionally cautious.
• A big grudge holder, expect Neve to be glaring you down weeks after an incident. Be it actively showing her annoyance, simply in a strop or having a tantrum, Neve is horrendous at forgiving. If you want to move past an incident, prepare for a whole lot of work to get back into her good books. Maybe some grovelling.

Aiden
They don't and are unlikely to ever call eachother friends. Neve has her own reasons for keeping herself a length away from any male, and similarly Aiden is just an antisocial bastard. The duo are almost always at eachothers throats when they even just pass by eachother. Practically every detail about Aiden is something Neve has an issue with one way or another, often punching him simply because 'he was there'. Aiden will claim his retalliation is in self-defence, which it could be, if he didn't enjoy antagonizing Neve in the first place. The pair will argue regardless of whether they're meant to be working together or not. If they have a common enemy, they'll certainly destroy them in the process of trying to rip the other's throat out. They will never call eachother friends, but they're both happy badmouthing the shit out of everyone else and against their admission, they do both enjoy having someone else as awful as they are in the group.
Lin
Neve and Lin, whilst close, do disagree more often than not. They both share very different views on life and those around them. Lin is very accepting, caring and will often try and coax or calm Neve down. It can take a lot of persuation and despite the odd snap from Neve, Lin is grateful that Neve takes note of what she says and will give her reasons behind what she did or didn't do. Neve doesn't enjoy being told what to do, but she certainly has a soft spot for Lin. Lin never holds any ill will and Neve would happily put her life on the line for Lin. At time she can get quite frustrated and lashes out at Lin accidentally, but Lin's natural patience will push that aside and never tries to guilt trip or force Neve to submit to anything. It's what Neve loves most about Lin and will happily slaughter anyone who takes a tone to her.
Angela
Angela is too much of a pushover. Whilst Neve more often than not encourages her reckless and dive in first nature, sometimes she finds the stubborn female irritating. Sure, Neve is stubborn too, but at the very least Neve is confident in her ability to handle herself. She does, against her own admittion, often worry whether Angela has gotten herself into a pickle or not and will awkwardly seek out the shorter female if she's concerned that something cropped up. To help make up for it, in her own odd subtle way, Neve likes to try and show or teach Angela a thing or two. Sometimes they're rather useful lessons, others - less so. At which point, Aiden will usually intervene by dragging Angela off somewhere else. But regardless, Angela appreciates Neve's efforts and admittedly finds the drama following after Neve rather entertaining to watch. So much so that Angela very much enjoys winding Neve up. Neve will hit or smack Angela, but she does her best to avoid ever hurting her. Just glare and hope she goes away. Angela finds Neve's quiet and awkwardly protective nature rather cute and always appreciates her care, even if she will never admit to wanting to keep her safe.
Rai
Rai and Neve definitely have a love hate relationship. Surprisingly it's Neve who loves picking on and harrassing poor Rai. She loves prodding his buttons and making him squirm. At times she can find his quirks rather irritating, especially as one of the heavy lifters who's expected to help him. Which means moving the same thing back and forth until its perfect or having to wash herself after coming back bathed in blood. Admittedly, she puts up with his requirments far more than people usually expect. Maybe its just because shes gotten used to it over the years. Regardless, the duo find eachother's company tolerable. Neve will always find it amusing when she lashes out at some irritating bastard only to hear Rai snicker behind her. The duo share a lot of similar views when it comes to people and traits. The only difference is that Neve doesn't just let it slide by and makes her annoyance very obvious. Which against his admittion, Rai appreciates and can find rather entertaining. Until it goes out of hand that is.
