A very soft and sleepy Dreamy who's attending Heaven College. All Halatia seems to do is sleep, and if she's not sleeping she's clearly tired, thinking about sleeping, and/or searching for a cozy place to nap. As such, people tend to underestimate her abilities. By dark she's actually a thief, stealing things that interest her and getting away with it by using her tail to put any foes to sleep. She's surprisingly acrobatic and packs a punch, but once she has what she wants she just goes back to sleep again. She could probably steal anything she wants with her abilities, but she settles for things like cute clothes, sweets, and plushies. Still, it's not wise to disrupt her sleep or otherwise anger her. She's dating  Xocala.
