Jua can be described as the very definition of looks can be deceiving, despite her large size, scars and unfriendly demeanor- Jua is quite civil and empathic towards wandering hyenas in need who might need food or a burrow to sleep in. Even though she doesn't care for fighting and will avoid it if she can, she wouldn't hesitate to even take on a lion to protect her loved ones. She however takes no nonsense from others who go out of their way to annoy her. She is close to her sister, Nyota.

Appearance

Jua is a large spotted female hyena with golden fur and a yellowish underbelly and mane, with a yellowish stripe going down her back. She also has a brown chest, belly and legs and a dark brown mask marking. She has a dark brown tail and ears with dark brown markings above her eyebrows. She has a beauty mark on her left cheek and a ear notch and scars due to seeing many battles in her lifetime.
