Notes:
Dresses simple but flaunts her wealth. Cold, intimidating. She doesn’t show up in human form much, so I don’t have much in the way of specifics. She’s rich, so she’s an ass. Does not look related to Valor in human form, which he is incredibly grateful for; he doesn’t know her human identity until he’s about 24.
I gave her green eyes in the picrew but it makes her kind of look like Seaben’s mom if Seaben’s mom was pasty and a bitch. Blue might work better? Or gray. She also looks older than the picrew makes her look, because the picrew was made for twenty-somethings
