Chris Decker

Chris is a small and chubby man, with a height of 155cm or 5'1lbs and a weight of 60kg or 132lbs. He has light blue-grey eyes, short orange hair, and a pale red skin colour with freckles on the face, ears, neck, and shoulders. His horns are light brown in colour and kept very short. He's slightly overweight with a bit of a beer belly but also has a nice balance of muscle, especially situated in his chest and legs, less in his arms and stomach.

He usually wears his work clothing, an attire made of plate armour. This armour is white and gold in colour with some brown accents and a black marking on the middle of the chest. It is a pretty warm and heavy suit. His everyday clothing is usually some very cheap rags and hand-me-downs.

Chris is a timid person. He keeps to himself in most situations and isn't talkative outside of rallies. He's a friendly man but rarely smiles.

He is a thoughtful and intelligent man, someone who attempts to think of everyone as equal. He has his own prejudices, mainly against the angels that have made his life so much more difficult, but he does what he can to look past them and to think about them objectively. He has been the victim of racism often before and tries to see the situation from the other side.

Due to his family situation and his class he feels inclined to give his voice to the cause against racism in Heaven. He often speaks in rallies and has an interest in politics. 

Chris was born as the son of two fathers residing in Heaven in a time where such couples producing offspring was still outlawed in the district he was born in. His parents were banished to the working camps outside the city to work until the end of the war. Baby Chris went to an angel pair to make sure that he would grow up the 'right' way. This pair made sure that Chris knew the exact story of his parents so that he didn't turn out like them and knew the wages of sin. He moved in with them in a district far away from his home district, a district where the demon concentration was very low.

He lived in relative wealth together with his new parents and even got to enjoy going to school part time instead of having to be taught at home all the time. He was very talkative as a toddler and was eager to learn and to play with the other kids. He was one of the only demon kids and was seen as an outsider, but wasn't considered to be the worst of the worst as he had angel caretakers. The angel children quickly singled him out and made him feel left out, only giving him the option to befriend the few demon kids who suffered the same fate. His bullies were few, but most of the people simply didn't react to their behaviour at all or saw it as normal and deserved.
