History

Born in a herder family, he followed his parents steps on a nomadic life to ensure what is the best for his livestock. His parents were not there long enough to keep an eye on him, so he became mature and independant early.
During his teenage years, when his beauty started to show (and his muscles started to develop), Salvador started to travel with different man and woman for romantic and sexual reasons. Unsure of how to deal with that, his polyamorous heart suffered a lot with lies, coverings and heartbreaks.

It was not until his young adult years that the idea of courtesans started to grow on his mind. Being completely open about what he is, what he feels and what he wants, he started to be followed by different people who explored the world with him for love or just sex. At first it was easy, but as his "harem" grew a need to have more income appeared, so his courtesans became artesans.

That is when the mistral walkers begun. A group of nomadic people following Salvador and his herd around that soon became a group of nomadic merchants. As the group became more popular, Salvador begun to plan which places they would go, dealing with many internal conflicts that constantly questioned what is the real purpose behind this "family" he built. As the population arose, so did the demands and problems, so travels made specifically to get new apprentices and new professions on the group started to happen.

The group carries the "harem", "prostitutes and vagabonds" stereotype, however it is highly functional and many of its artesans, merchants and apprentices do not wish for other life. Many enter just to escape their problems or as an act of rebellious youth, but many of them end up staying forever, keeping the Mistral Walker family in their hearts even if far away.

Personality

 Salvador has two main points: He is caring AND arrogant. He tends to think his way of solving stuff is better than others, however this does not go unoticed. If you point out his behaviour he will be mad at first but will relunctantly listen and try to improve.

 He cares deeply for his family and friends and tries to be friendly towards all in his clan, sparing a chunk of his time to try to be able to talk with all at least once. He dislikes to be seen as a distant person by other mistral walkers but he will not care about what those from other places think. Since he cares deeply about people he will try to make people do what he thinks is the best for them, so he may sound demaning - as an example, if a beggar joins his clan he will make them be an apprentice because he thinks it is the best for them and not necessarey because he thinks of them as useless.

 He has multiple romantic relationships and even if some are older than others, he hates comparing and the jealously that may grow from comparisions. He loves all equally but indeed he is more intimate to certain people. He does not fall in love easily, this requires loads of interaction and trust - very rarely he will feel romantically attracted to someone without knowing them first. Most of his relationships start due to sexual attraction or friendships.

 According to him, his lovers are his reason to live, but he should not be theirs. He encourages his lovers to seek other romantic and sexual relationships as he is afraid he will not give all the attention a person deserves - he tends to not pay too much attention/stay long with a single person, not because he does not care about them but because he lacks the need of being there all time to feel loved (but he will always be there when needed). Since he can not fullfil some of his interests expectations, Salvador may be easily hurt with his own feelings.

 Salvador is not afraid to cry when sad, nor is afraid to laugh when happy. This impresses many people who cultivate a "statue" impression of him. His statue stereotype probably grew out of how he does not talk much when not needed and of how he is often seen calm. He lived a long time alone and with nothing but his herd, so it makes sense for him to be patient and quiet.

 Once trust is stablished, he may be very cuddly. He definitely loves sex and sexual play, being open to basically any proposal but it is not uncommon for him to gather up 4 lovers and once to do nothing but cuddle before sleep.

 He deeply enjoys listening to other stories but is not a good storyteller on his own. As he may be seen quiet with others talking about their lives, there is the ongoing impression that he is surrounded by annoying people trying to impress him.

 Due to his huge size, Salvador is afraid to hurt people. His fear was increased once he hurt someone he loved deeply - even if it was an accident that hardly can be seen as his fault, he takes all the guilt. He is very delicate in matters of touch, literally afraid to break something or someone apart. 

 He loves to spend time with people, his dream setting would probably be being surrounded by friends and lovers who would pet him and tell him stories while he eats a GIANT COW. Did I mention he eats a lot? Because he eats a real fucking lot. Bring him food and he will love you.
 He loves any kind of food, being able to appreciate a viking barbecue and a tiny vegan cupcake the same way. He loves to discover new things and is open minded, so he may end up eating mud cookies if you tell him he should try...
