A dead detective. Died out in the cold with his dog Buddy when chasing down a subject. Was brutally murdered but then came back to life with no memory of dying years later. Doesn't know he's dead. Generally very quiet and diligent about his work n is still trying to find the man that killed him. Under his hat his head/brain is exposed which is how he died (got bashed and/or shot in the head). He constantly coughs up blood. The dog doesn't have a name other than Buddy he was her travel companion, . They don't know they're dead DX
