Personality: Stereotypical older brother when it comes to teasing his younger siblings. Gives an aloof air and seems not to care too particularly much about people but eventually gets attached. Doesn't like it when people treat serious stuff as a joke. It's hard to get on his good side (Unless you're Drake) and he'll make fun of pretty much everyone to their face. Tries to insert himself as the leader a lot and there are very few people who he'll stand aside for. Although he doesn't 100% get Calvin's motivation to stop the Families annihilation of Earth, he supports it, even if he'll lowkey threaten bodily harm to anyone on his side for attacking them, even tho they're the enemy. Takes a lot of stuff seriously and it's hard to tell when he's not.
Story: Monty is one of the thirteen members of the Family. He ended up joining Calvin's fight to save Earth some years later, being the only family member who is on their side. He spent a lot of time up until Revelations Nevada pulling together a team of people he feels would be able to prove to their family they're worth saving theirselves, first getting Percy the Monsterous and later Avi the Chosen onto the team. He was later hunted down by Stephanie McDowell, the Expert, and added her as well. He sent Avi and McDowell to Road's Way and intrusted Percy to help him find the monsters that were supposed to end the world. He gets mad at Calvin when they went ahead and chose their own heroes: Richard the Mundane, Drake the Crooked, and Jack the Monsterous. He starts to warm up to Drake when he learns Drakes backstory with Sev and thinks he's hot shit. He becomes upset when he finds out Percy has succumbed to the powers of Tempest; The monster of death.
