Rayne is a crazy ball of energy and emotions much too big for her little form. Curious and adventurous, she's constantly circumventing the rules her strict older sister imposes on her and spends most of her time unsupervised, running around her small town brandishing a stick and her bright yellow raincoat. She's not very popular at school due to being such a trouble maker, but desperately wants to make friends. She loves a lot of things but especially stories and magic in all their forms. Which is great because she's full of both those things. As a budding witch, Rayne has the task of figuring out how to control something no one else seems to understand.

Design Notes
- Body type: Round especially in the cheeks- Jaime makes fun of them sometimes >:( - and short, small
- Messy hair, a combo of wiry/thick and curly, which neither Jaime or Rayne know what to do with. So she just pulls it back a lot
- Doesn't always wear the boots/coat indoors but MUST wear them outdoors. Therapists/teachers have tried to get her to stop but she refuses to budge
- In summer sometimes she gets freckles! But who can tell between those and the dirt flecks?
- Under the coat wears mostly t-shirt/skirt combos and fun socks. Loves cat print things :3
