Tsubaki

Tsubaki's early life was fairly difficult. As an only child to immigrants, he had a lot of expectations dumped on him to be successful. Though he was studious, he didn't want to pursue conventional academia and get "high-paying" jobs like his parents wanted. He was an artist at heart and loved nothing more than to experiment in the kitchen. His love for cooking would often be the subject of arguments with his parents. 

After reaching a boiling point, Tsubaki simply opted to leave his home and start a life of his own.
Though he now had freedom to pursue his dreams, living alone was a challenge. Chores, a stable job, and culinary school were all being juggled and it was beginning to weigh on him. He was about to crack. Every day he was closer to try and mend his relationship with his parents and return to them. That all changed when he was caught in the crossfire of a supernatural event.

He had moved to a small town in southern Texas for the time being. Rent and school were cheaper, so he thought it would be easy to get his certificates and diploma before going back west. But what he wasn't counting on was that the town he had settled in was a hot spot for supernatural entities. One of which was rampaging through downtown and headed straight for him.
In the nick of time, he was saved by the local hero. He was grateful but didn't understand the guy's sudden interest in him. This encounter would lead into their relationship. While it was rocky at first, they did become a couple and eventually married. Though Nico's continued support, Tsubaki was able to fulfill his dream of being a chef and owning his own restaurant. 

He specializes in seafood and sushi. Overall he's a flexible cook but he's lacking in the baking department. 

Now he's a menace to society. Especially to Nico's boyfriend, who's also his boyfriend.
