Ruben

Ruben Frasier is the youngest of the Frasier siblings. He's a year younger than Winslow and four years behind Sarka. In contrast to his eldest sibling who is very charismatic and responsible, and his extroverted and very bubbly older sister, Ruben is introverted and shy. He prefers to keep his close circle of friends close. Little Ruben thrives with constancy and feels safe with familiarity, wanting to keep a quiet life among his loved ones.

When he and Winslow were enrolled in the same grade, he felt both thrilled and relieved to know that someone he was close and very relaxed around would be there with him through some of the hardest times in youth. Eventually, Winslow helped him slowly ease out of his comfort zone and make some friends who they sat by during recesses and lunch hours. Though he was thankful for the friends he was able to make, Ruben felt best when he was able to study or read a book by himself without having to interact with other individuals around him.

After Sarka moved away, Ruben was deeply saddened but happy for his eldest sibling in being able to pursue something she'd was passionate about studying. He was able to use Sarka's moving away as inspiration to continue his studies in astronomy. But when Winslow told him about her plan to move to the big city where Sarka had left for, Ruben couldn't find it in his heart to disagree with Winslow or tell her about him being serious with his astronomy studies and wanting to go to a different university to pursue his ambitions. He has yet to tell her to this day.
