A dimension-hopping, shapeshifting, enigmatic imp, Naphtali is hard to pin down, in both a literal and figurative sense. He's a multi-world criminal for various small offenses; larceny, destruction of property, disturbing the peace. If being a little annoying bastard was a crime, you'd have to lock him up. He fully embraces his wild nature as a cryptid of sorts, being the only of his kind that he's ever seen.

He perpetually travels the multiverse because no place will have him. His antics, though mostly superficial in consequence, have labeled him as a universal troublemaker. He's taken to keeping a lower profile in new worlds he visits just so he can catch a break. But when somebody's searching for you, you can't keep still.. It's not like he has a home to go back to anyways, not anymore.

There's only one creature in the multiverse that's ever been able to control Naphtali, and that's himself. He takes on many forms; so many that he finds it hard to keep track, and tends to invent them on a whim. He's cagey about his nature as a shifter and all it entails, but that seems to be the only thing he's guarded on. With everything else, he's a little too open. He rambles seemingly about nothing most of the time, and never stops. Maybe there's nothing else to him besides a wild creature, hellbent on being a perpetual nuisance, or maybe that's just one of the shapes he takes.
