Angrboða

Mate to Fenrir and mother of Hati Hróðvitnisson and Sköll Vánagandrson - Bearer of marks from both Máni and Sunna/Sól, she passed down these powers to each of her two sons. Both sons are Forræderi, marked by betrayal and shunned by all, though not from fault of their own. As bearer of the marks, Angrboða was blamed for the deaths of the moon god and sun goddess, and while yes, she was present at the time, she was only bestowed their power for safekeeping. The world didn't see it that way, however, because when the two dieties were dying and she had her sword in their murderer's chest, he pronounced a curse upon her and all of her kin to be hunted for as long as her bloodline existed. After Angrboða's powers were passed to her sons, the curse continued after with them and still plagues them to the present day.
