Honey Calcite

Back on Homeworld, Honey Calcite was a for-sport gladiator that talked a big game, but as the war was reaching it's breaking point, he was one of the Gems reassigned to the army. Not soon after, Pink Diamond was shattered and the Diamonds were to attack the planet with their corrupting light. Honey Calcite managed to evade this terrible fate... by being poofed, bubbled, and kept inside the Prime Kindergarten's control room. It wasn't until thousands of years later was he found by a fusion and learned what had happened without him. The two eventually met another Gem and as of today, the group resides on Mask Island alongside a newer watermelon population.

As of today, Honey Calcite is very friendly (especially to humans) and admittedly a little dense. He may look intimidating at first, but he's just very dedicated to his close ones. He prefers to spend his time exploring human culture and helping out wherever he can, notably the watermelon population on the island.
