Design Terms of Use
- Please do not copy/rip off my character designs. I don't care if you color pick as long as it's COMPLETELY different than the design you picked from.
- Do not use my designs / characters for anything AI related. I take a strong stance against AI. I am aware Twitter and Instagram already use images posted for AI purposes, and I hate it, however, they're big cooperations. It's different when someone in the art community does it.
- I fully reserve the right to decline an offer or trade if I feel uncomfortable etc.
- If the design is by me you are receiving please DO NOT sell for money etc unless more art is added.
- official designs + artwork by me are copyright property; i own all rights to the artwork. You are not allowed to profit off of my own art without permission.
- commercial use is not allowed unless discussed with me
- You cannot sell the design for more than bought for unless you've bought artwork for them or have drawn artwork of them; in that case, you can add the commission value/ art value onto the amount you originally paid for.
-Minor design changes are allowed; you may make the design changes directly on my art, but please keep the original files available on their ToyHouse!
- trade values from another character / design does not add up to a character’s worth (example - trading a $100 character for a $20 does not make the $20 character‘s worth into $100)
- Transfer Of Ownership Agreement, if you are transferring ownership of the design, it means that both you and the new owner understand and agree to my terms of service.
- Agreement, By obtaining the design, you automatically understand and agree to these terms of service.
- Miscellaneous, You have acknowledged that you are receiving only a digital copy of the design; no physical items will be mailed. These terms of service are subject to change at any time and it is the responsibility of the buyer to read, agree to, and follow them.
I have the rights to block and warn people. and redistribute ownership of a design if they are breaking the TOS.
